博士后招聘





        西南大学心理学部“睡眠神经影像中心”,以“睡眠心理健康”为研究主题,以脑电、功能磁共振为研究手段,试图阐明睡眠和睡眠障碍的神经机制,开发基于睡眠的心理健康矫正,中心负责人为国家级青年人才、重庆市十佳科技青年奖获得者雷旭教授。中心长期招聘博士后,年薪25-55万元,欢迎有志于睡眠和神经影像方面的青年学者加盟。


申请要求:
1. 专业:心理学(认知神经科学、临床与健康心理学方向)、生物医学工程(神经工程、智能信息处理方向)、临床医学(精神病学方向)、神经科学等相关专业方向的博士研究生;
2.身体健康,能够胜任博士后研究工作;
3.获得博士学位,且获学位时间一般不超过3年,已发表SCI/SSCI论文两篇以上;
4.年龄一般不超过35周岁;
5.薪酬待遇:年薪不少于25万元(税前,最多可达55万元,详见待遇举例)。合同期满后,达到II档及以上的出站条件,向人事处推荐优先考虑入职西南大学心理学部;
6.待遇构成:包括学校和睡眠实验室两个部分。学校部分是平时发放基本待遇,合同期满后补发奖励部分。学校按100万(I档)元、60万元(II档)、40元(III档)三个档次进行奖励补发(具体参见西南大学人事处文件);睡眠实验室部分包括每年5万元的薪酬和3万元的科研经费。第一年直接发放,从第二年起,头一年成果达到类似III档出站条件的继续发放;
7.其他待遇:全职博士后待遇由基本工资(12000元/月)、基础绩效、租房补贴、奖励绩效和五险一金等组成;享受住房公积金、城镇职工医疗保险等待遇;可按规定申请租住博士后公寓;其配偶工作和子女入学事宜按照人力资源与社会保障部的规定执行;
8.待遇举例:A博士入站后,获得学校15000元/月(含基本工资和其他待遇)的全职博士后待遇,实验室在此基础上补贴4000元/月,使其年薪达到22.8万元。2年后出站时,A博士的成果达到II类出站条件(发表国外A2论文2篇,申请到自科基金青年项目1项),获得学校绩效津贴24万元(60万-1.5万×24),两年总收入为70万(60万来自学校,10万来自实验室)。再如,B博士每月也是15000+4000元,但B博士2年后出站时成果只达到III类出站条件(只发表了2篇A2级论文),获得学校绩效津贴4万,两年总收入为50万。

Description
A Senior Research Associate post is available to work with Dr Xu Lei and other team members on a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (31971028) of China. The project focusses on exploring the cognitive and neural correlates of sleep and memory in young and older adults. The faculty of Psychology is equipped with a state of the art Brain Vision 64 channel EEG system and a Siemens 3T MRI (Prisma, Erlangen, Germany). Our team has long history for simultaneous EEG-fMRI study of sleep.

You will be responsible for conducting behavioural, EEG and MRI experiments with young and older adults. You will also contribute to the design of new experiments and the dissemination of the results at conferences and in journal articles. You will hold a PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience or a related discipline, and have experience of the acquisition and analysis of experimental data. You will have research experience with EEG and/or MRI and related analyses and be able to satisfy all the essential criteria detailed in the person specification for this post. You will have relevant programming skills and experience with writing papers for academic journals. You will have published at least 2 peer-reviewed paper cited by SCI/SSCI/EI.

This post is available from 1st May 2020, or as soon as possible thereafter, and you can begin in June or December in each Year. Salary contains funds from Southwest University and Lei's Lab. After the expiration of the contract, you will rewarded by the university at three levels: 1,000,000 yuan (grade I), 600,000 yuan (grade II) and 400,000 yuan (grade III, the guaranteed grade). The reward will be completely by the university (see the documents Human resource of Southwest University for details). Those who are above grade II will be recommended to have the long term position in Southwest University.
